FSI Calculator
Works out how much floor area a plot can legally carry under Gujarat's CGDCR-2017, before you commit to buying it. Enter the authority, the zone, the plot's area and frontage and the width of the road it abuts, and it applies the FSI table, the height cap and the setback rules, then checks whether the shape of the plot can actually hold the FSI you are entitled to.
It covers the ordinary provisions and Chapter 12, the tall-building regime, and tells you which of the ceilings is the one actually limiting the site.
